At Rippling, Darcy scaled HR functions, enabling IPO readiness and pioneering the Talent Signal AI product. Her expertise in systematic people development, technology-led transformation, and strategic workforce optimisation will drive Bhartiya Converge’s growth as India’s leader in innovation arbitrage.
Bill brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership in retail, M&A, corporate transformation, and governance—perfectly aligning with Bhartiya Converge’s Strategic Architecture by Design philosophy. As Board Member and Compensation Chair at Rocky Brands, he guided acquisitions, supply chain resilience, and executive compensation strategy. At Designer Brands, Bill expanded direct-to-consumer sales by 73%, led multiple acquisitions, and scaled the business from $1B to $3.5B. His expertise in systematic M&A integration, operational scaling, and governance rigor helps clients navigate complex growth in India. Bill’s disciplined, intelligence-driven approach reinforces our commitment to accelerating strategic value and sustainable competitive advantage.
Bob brings over three decades of leadership in global brands and manufacturing, serving on the boards of Nerbio Medical, Rocky Brands, and Bhartiya International Limited, where he’s been Executive Director since 2018. As CEO of Bhartiya International (2013–2017), he led the world’s largest leather apparel business, supplying brands like Ralph Lauren and Levi’s. He also served as CEO of Shanghai Richina Leather and Prime Tanning, and earlier led Sperry Topsider and Bostonian Shoe Company, driving brand repositioning and global expansion. Bob’s expertise in manufacturing, retail, supply chain, and governance will help Bhartiya Converge accelerate GCC growth in India.

Arjun is the Co-founder and driving force behind Bhartiya City—Bengaluru’s largest integrated township spanning 132 acres. With over two decades of experience in infrastructure and real estate, he has successfully brought together commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality components into a seamless, thriving ecosystem. Now leading Bhartiya Converge, Arjun brings the same visionary approach to creating integrated environments tailored for Global Capability Centers. His deep understanding of ecosystem-driven development sets the foundation for spaces where global ambition meets local excellence. As the Group’s enterprise head, he oversees a diverse portfolio of businesses that power the broader GCC landscape.
Bhartiya Urban
Sriram is a seasoned business leader with 30+ years of experience in technology products, solutions, and services across industries. With expertise in GCCs, start-ups, asset management, IoT, and emerging technologies, he brings a strategic perspective to Bhartiya Urban's business ecosystem. At Bhartiya Urban he started as CEO of Intelligent Community Management, an asset management company. He now serves as Executive Director and Chief Mentor at Bhartiya Urban's commercial business ecosystem, focusing on launching new businesses, building leadership, and developing effective GTM models. Previously, he held roles at Philips, Cadence Design Systems, and Parametric Technology. As CEO of ConnectM Technology Solutions, he led a successful exit, creating significant enterprise value. Sriram holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Biological Sciences from BITS, Pilani, and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore.
Bhartiya Converge
A strategic leader with over 25 years of experience spanning consulting, banking, and retail, Monica has a strong track record of Holding leadership positions in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India for Fortune 100 companies. As the former Vice President and Site Head of Neiman Marcus Group in Bengaluru, she played a pivotal role in building their captive center from the ground up. A seasoned GCC professional, Monica brings deep expertise from her leadership roles at Neiman Marcus, Lowe’s India and Goldman Sachs India, where she successfully navigated the full lifecycle of GCC operations—from setup and scale to maturity. She currently leads the GCC business for Bhartiya Converge, partnering with global enterprises to establish and grow their strategic hubs in the region
Dinesh is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience across geographies and industries, including FMCG, automobiles, textiles, infrastructure, real estate, fashion, and facilities management. He has led major change management initiatives, from setting up greenfield projects to talent acquisition and implementing strategic HR interventions.At Bhartiya Urban, Dinesh heads HR operations and strategy across its diverse business verticals. Before this, he held senior leadership roles at Ambit Pragma Advisors, Athena Group, Perfetti Van Melle, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Unilever among others.
Surinder is a seasoned financial management professional with over 40 years of extensive, hands-on experience across service, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. His core strengths lie in relationship and project management with banks and financial institutions. He brings deep expertise in strategic and financial operations, general management, and business strategy development—including strategic planning, structuring, financing, and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, he has a strong background in corporate strategy, governance, risk assessment, internal controls, and independently managing joint ventures.
Jermina is a results-driven marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in retail marketing. Passionate about ROI and impact, her core strengths lie in business strategy, brand marketing, and digital transformation. She has worked across diverse retail formats—from large-format brick-and-mortar chains like Reliance Retail to destination shopping centers, including Mantri Square Mall and Virtuous Retail. Jermina has advised startups and SMEs on scaling their e-commerce presence. In her current role as Brand & Marketing Strategist at Bhartiya Urban, she leads business strategy and marketing for the group’s key real estate assets: Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru, BCIT Tech Park, and other allied group businesses.
